Entelecheia is a label made by our pal Matt Denci, the winemaker at Treleaven. Making only wines from Riesling, this wine would be called Kabinett in Germany. At only 8.5% alcohol with 5 grams of residual sugar, this wine was naturally fermented and spent time in large barrel. Orange blossom, lemon zest, baking spice with a pleasant freshness make this wine hit with food or just on it's own.
