Entelecheia is a label made by our pal Matt Denci, the winemaker at Treleaven. Making only wines from Riesling, this is a traditional method sparkler, known as Sekt in Germany.  The grapes for this wine were sourced from Sheldrake Point, it spent 36 months on the lees before being hand riddled and disgorged before 3 grams of dosage were added. There is still tons of Riesling character in addition to toasty brioche and lemon curd.
