Eda Rhyne is a distillery in Asheville, North Carolina, using ancestral distilling methods that have been passed down through generations in the Blue Ridge Mountains. This amaro features 20 botanicals, many of which are wild foraged. It is primarily bittered with gentian, wormwood and cinchona but also includes orange and lemon peel, angelica, yarrow, cardamom sarsaparilla, coriander and spearmint to name a few. Perfect as a digestif or as the bitter component in your Negroni riff.
