2016 was the final drought influenced vintage in a streak that started in 2012. Lavender, sage, plum, mint and licorice complement dark blue and purple fruit with a nice mineral component. 

2017 was a good growing season in Napa, turning hot in September. Cedar, dried flowers, iron, game, blood orange give the wine striking depth. 

2021 was a great vintage in Napa with low yields, fresh, vibrant and powerfully fruited wines were the result. The 21 Dyer Cabernet is nuanced and polished with graphite, crushed rocks, lavender, spice and mocha with fine grained tannin.
