Named after a group of free thinkers that inhabited the beaches of the San Luis Obispo Coast in the 1930's, Dunites is an up-and-coming winery not to miss. Winemakers Tyler Eck and Rachel Goffinet are making incredibly compelling wines from a number of different vineyards along the SLO Coast, all within 12 miles of the ocean. This particular wine is from the MarFarm Vineyard, only 5 miles from the coast. With the ocean influence that Albariño  craves, this wine is mineral and saline with the added benefit of richness from neutral oak and lees stirring. A different, but delicious take on Albariño .
