Dr. Konstantin Frank was a pioneer of growing vinifera grapes in the Finger Lakes and his family carries on that legacy today. Named after Willy Frank's wife, Margrit, the grapes for this wine come from the Frank Family's Hector Vineyard. This vineyard is in a warmer microclimate on the southeast side of Seneca Lake, so the grapes tend to get riper, making wines with more richness and tropical fruit character.  A special single vineyard bottling from a Finger Lakes icon.
