Dr. Konstantin Frank was a pioneer of growing vinifera grapes in the Finger Lakes and his family carries on that legacy today. They have established themselves as a leader of traditional method sparkling wine and this wine shows why. 100% Pinot Noir from the estate vineyards on Keuka lake, grown specifically for sparkling, the wine was disgorged 9/25. White flowers, citrus and brioche with ripe pear, and wild strawberries with great freshness.
