There are few names synonymous with Alsace like Ostertag. An early adopter of Biodynamics in the region, Ostertag makes some of the most compelling wines in all of France. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, this wine is a classic example of dry Muscat. Flowers, spice and tropical fruit abound, this one is great now but will age for a longtime if you have the patience.
