In the northern Cotes du Rhone, the vines of Domaine du Seminaire grow among olive and oak trees, lavender and forest. They use the same winemaking methods that have been used for generations, fermenting and aging in large concrete vats that have been on the property for nearly 100 years. This is made up of 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah and 10% Carignan with crunchy blue fruit, lavender and a nice savory note. Great value!
