With the famed Thierry Germain at the healm, Roches Neuves has become a beacon for biodynamic wine growing in France.  This wine showcases the purity of Cabernet Franc grown in the Loire Valley like few can, thanks to the meticulous farming.  A classic example with red fruit, tobacco leaf, and treemoss. The Marginale bottling is only made in excellent vintages.
