Domaine de la Chevalerie has roots in Bourgeuil going back to the 17th century. This parcel with vines planted in the early 90's on Clay and Limestone makes this long lived, classic example of Cabernet Franc on Bourgeuil. Black fruit, licorice, spices, cocoa and menthol. They drink it with Guinea Fowl and Cabbage, but you can drink it with whatever you want!
