Galouchey is the brain child of Parisian Sommelier Marco Pelletier who is now the sole owner of the label. Sourcing grapes from Chateau Lesparre where he has full control of the farming in two plots, Marco uses all of Bordeaux Varieties in the blend, including the white ones. A classic old school bordeaux with black currant, cherry, cedar, violets and cloves with a certain rawness that makes this wine special.
