Located in Chambery in France's Savoie Region, Dolin is the benchmark when it comes to making French Vermouth. Using the rules set forth for the AOC back in 1932, Dolin only uses real plants and not pre prepared tinctures to make their vermouths and sweetening only by grape must, wine and/or sugar. Made using over 50 herbs, their sweet vermouth is the standard for Manhattans and Negronis, but also can't be beat when paired with soda and a lemon twist.
