Located in Chambery in France's Savoie Region, Dolin is the benchmark when it comes to making French Vermouth. Using the rules set forth for the AOC back in 1932, Dolin only uses real plants and not pre prepared tinctures to make their vermouths and sweetening only by grape must, wine and/or sugar. The Blanc style of vermouth was created by Dolin and is a sweeter, pale style of vermouth. On it's own, with soda and a slice of strawberry or in any number of cocktails, this is the Blanc Vermouth to use.
