The Darroze family sources Armagnac from dozens of small producers across the appellation that they mature and bottle. This is a blend of Armagnacs with a minimum of 8 years of age that they blend to show the strengths of each vintage involved. Very little oak influence here with prunes, quince and dried citrus. Great as an aperitif!
