Cinco Sentidos sources Mezcal from small, family producers who wouldn't otherwise be able to bottle and sell their production. This particular Mezcal is made with Sierra Negra Agave by Reynaldo Alejandro in the Sierra Norte mountains of Oaxaca. At 7500 feet of Elevation, Reynaldo employs traditional methods to ferment and distill his Mezcal including introducing Oak bark into the ferment to help stabilize it in the cold of the high elevation. Eucalptus, stone fruit, pineapple, sweet herbs and dusty minerals form the foundation of this deep, endlessly intriguing Mezcal.
