The Miniere brothers come from a family of grape growers dating back to the early 20th century, but it was the current generation who decided to start making and selling wine from their vines, in the village of Hermonville, where they are they only grower producer. This wine comes from 50% Meunier, 25% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir from the 2021 vintage with some 2020 blended in. This Champagne is rich and ripe with great texture, a tough feat for a sparkling wine with zero dosage!
