The Diebolt and Vallois family have long histories in Champagne, coming together in 1959, making wine in the village of Cramant, with most of their holdings spread out over the Cote de Blancs. This is a blend of 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Noir with the color coming from the addition of Coteau Champenois de Bouzy, still Pinot Noir from Bouzy. With 2 g/l of dosage and 3 years on the lees, this is bone dry with strawberry, raspberry, white flowers, citrus and brioche.
