From 50 year old vines in the Lieu-dit of Les Tourets in the Grand Cru Village of Ambonnay. This is made with 100% Pinot Noir and spends 54 months on the lees before disgorging. Sweet dried cherry, sage, mint, cedar, herbs and dried flowers.
