Made in Brooklyn with traditional Japanese Brewing methods from domestically grown Sake Brewer's Rice. This is light bodied, crisp and refreshing and named for the Ashokan dam a vital part of New York City's water infrastructure. Medium dry, it has lots of flavor, green apple, melon and white flowers.
