Bar Agricole started as a San Francisco cocktail bar, but has evolved into a California based spirits company. Using the only Demeter certified still in the United States and sources all of it's fruit and produce from the associated Demeter certified farm. This unaged grape brandy was made from Palomino and Muscat grapes and was designed to be used in the San Francisco classic, the Pisco Punch. But, don't call it Pisco... that's for Peru and Chile only.
