Arnaud Lambert works some of the most revered terroir in Saumur and Saumur-Champigny making top tier still Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc. From his estate's chalkiest soils, he makes this Cremant de Loire from 75% Chenin and 25% Chardonnay. The wine spends 2 years on the lees before being disgorged and 8 grams of dosage is added. Crisp golden apple, lemon zest, chalky mineral and fresh acidity make this wine an incredible value for traditional method sparkling.
