Apollo's Praise is an exciting new project from a couple of old friends. Started when Kelby Russell and Julia Hoyle purchased the Lahoma Vineyard on the southwest side of Seneca Lake, Apollo's Praise has quickly become a favorite. The Knoll is a parcel on a small hill in the Lahoma Vineyard that produces special wines. Planted on Sandstone, a number of factors in the location of these vines allow them to ripen late into the season with little pressure. Spending 4 days cold soaking this wine is built to impress with texture and fruit, this wine will be a pleasure to try in 5, 10, even 20 years from now.  Buy a few to cellar!
