Apollo's Praise is an exciting new project from a couple of old friends. Started when Kelby Russell and Julia Hoyle purchased the Lahoma Vineyard on the southwest side of Seneca Lake, Apollo's Praise has quickly become a favorite. This is their off dry, low alcohol offering, modeled after the effortlessly drinkable Kabinett Rieslings of Germany.
