Apollo's Praise is an exciting new project from a couple of old friends. Started when Kelby Russell and Julia Hoyle purchased the Lahoma Vineyard on the southwest side of Seneca Lake, Apollo's Praise has quickly become a favorite. This Riesling is sourced from the Lahoma Vineyard, harvested between October 10th and November 5th and fermented in a mix of stainless steel and neutral barrique. Bright, fresh fruit and flowers with great freshness complemented by nice mid palate weight.
