Bet the Farm is located on the west side of Cayuga Lake, where owners Kit Kalfs and Nancy Tisch have their vineyard and winery. Growing some interesting grapes like Dolcetto and Gamay but also the classics, they make a range of great wines. This rosé from Gamay is juicy and bright, great for any occasion.
