Bet the Farm is located on the west side of Cayuga Lake, where owners Kit Kalfs and Nancy Tisch have their vineyard and winery. Growing some interesting grapes like Dolcetto and Gamay but also the classics, they make a range of great wines. Traminette is a floral grape that brings lots of tropical fruit as well. This version is just a touch off dry, balancing the crisp acidity.
