Bet the Farm is located on the west side of Cayuga Lake, where owners Kit Kalfs and Nancy Tisch have their vineyard and winery. Growing some interesting grapes like Dolcetto and Gamay but also the classics, they make a range of great wines. This is a richer style of Pinot Gris. With golden pear, yellow apple, lemon zest and a certain roundness to the palate, this is made for the table.
