St. George Distillery was founded in 1982 and was the first craft distillery in the United States and focused then on brandy from fruit grown in California. Today, they make a wide variety of spirits, from Gin to Whiskey to Eau de Vie to Liqueurs.  This absinthe was the first one to be released in the US after the ban was lifted in 2007. No artificial ingredients, this is classic. Use as a rinse or drink it with a sugar cube and some water, however you see fit.
