Rabbit Hole Distillery’s Dareringer is a wheated Kentucky Straight Bourbon finished in Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks from Spain, bringing an extra layer of richness to the whiskey. Dark cherry, raisins and black currant mingle with caramel, vanilla, toasted almond and warm barrel spice, finishing with notes of fig and tobacco. Bottled at 93 proof, it’s rich, silky and wonderfully balanced.
