Located on the North Fork of Long Island, Matchbook Distilling makes their spirits based on the produce of their local farmers. The base for this gin was distilled from the spent rice used at the Brooklyn Kura Sake distillery. From there, they use Albanian Juniper, Lemon Grass and Lemon Balm among other botanicals. Bright and citrusy, this will work in any Gin cocktail you can think of.
