Furthur Añejo starts with 100% agave tequila from Arandas, Jalisco, where iron-rich soils are known for producing a fruit-forward style of agave spirit. It then spends one year aging in Vino de Naranja barrels, casks previously used for the traditional, orange-infused wine, giving the tequila a distinctive citrusy character. Cooked agave and orange peel mingle with caramel, vanilla, dried fruit and warm spice for a rich, aromatic pour.
