This Armagnac was distilled and barreled in 1976 after which it came under the watchful eye of the Darroze family. It is made from 100% Ugni Blanc that is grown on limestone, that is fermented and distilled and aged in regional oak for 47 years before being bottled. Deep dried orchard fruit, citrus peel and dusty minerality form the base of this spirit that has developed incredible complexity after nearly 50 years since it's creation.
