Founded in 2020 in the Hudson Valley, C. Cassis is focused on making a classic version of Cassis just a few miles from where the Black Currants grow. The currants are fermented and pressed just like wine after which Cardamom, Verbena, Bay Leaf and citrus are added along with neutral grain spirit to fortify. Works great in a spritz or simply with club soda, but is a lovely addition to any citrus cocktail or even a martini!
