Started at Warwick Valley Winery and Distillery, Black Dirt makes Apple Brandy and Bourbon and takes it's name from the soil surrounding the distillery. Their Apple Brandy is aged for at least 4 years in new, charred American Oak. It takes on the toasty oak flavor of baking spice and vanilla that is complemented by the Jonagold Apple distillate.
