Made by the American Gin Company, using Damson Plums grown in Upstate New York, this is a great alternative to Sloe Gin, providing a drying effect to cocktails so that it can be used in place of citrus in cocktails, added to sparkling wine, soda or ginger beer or try it in Kindred Fare's version of a Charlie Chaplin with Apricot Liqueur and Lime Juice in equal parts.
