Pauline Collin-Bérêche comes from a family of winegrowers; her father, grandfather and great-grandfather were all presidents of the cooperative in Ludes. Her father, Didier Collin, married Dominique Guillaume whose family are legendary vine nurserymen. While her family had always grown grapes without vinifying any of their own wine, Pauline took it upon herself to start making wine of her own in 2016. The Guillaume-Collin Estate spans 8.5 hectares planted to Pinot Noir, Meunier, Chardonnay and rare white varieties like Arbanne and Petit Meslier.
