Rogue Vine is a small winemaking project focused on the Itata Valley in Chile working exclusively with very old vines, the youngest being 60 years old and the oldest being more than 300 years old. A seven-week maceration makes a wine that is bright orange with a heady hop note with spruce tip, candied orange and dried flowers.
