Arnaud Lambert works some of the most revered terroir in Saumur and Saumur-Champigny making top tier still Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc. This traditional method sparkling rosé is made with 100% Cabernet Franc from the lower part of the famed Clos du Midi Vineyard which is planted on limestone. Spending 2 years on the lees with 6 grams of dosage, bright raspberry and cranberry are underpinned by classic Cabernet Franc minerality.  Great value for everyday but can stand up to a variety of pairings as well.
