Born and raised in Champagne, Anne Sophie Dubois learned the winemaking ropes in Burgundy. She is now part of a young generation working to redefine Beaujolais. Her domaine consists of 8 hectare in Fleurie, where her typical wines are destemmed and made in a Burgundian style. This is the outlier in her portfolio as it is being made with stem inclusion and carbonic maceration, giving it bright, high toned fruit and a light, airy structure. Delicious!
