La Lata takes inspiration from the Rebujito, the refreshing Sherry cocktail traditionally enjoyed during Sevilla’s Feria de Abril. Their version starts with 8-year-old Pedro Ximénez Fino and adds real lemon juice, a splash of grapefruit and gentle fizz. Dry, citrusy and wonderfully refreshing, with no concentrates, added sugar or artificial flavors. Drink it cold straight from the can, or pour it over ice with mint and pretend you’re passing the afternoon in Andalucía.
