Six Eighty Cellars was founded on the west side of Cayuga Lake in 2020. Six Eighty is a reference to the distance from the bottom of the lake to the uppermost point of the vineyard. They focus on using alternative aging vessels and other unexpected styles. One of the few wineries to grow Gamay, they use some of it to make this rosé. Juicy, bright and floral, this is one of our go to wines for the summer weather.
