A fresher side of Cognac. Pasquet makes L’Organic 04 from 100% organically farmed Ugni Blanc, blending eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne and aging them for at least four years in French oak. It’s traditionally double-distilled on the lees, with no additives and no chill filtration. Pear, quince and orchard fruit lead into gentle cinnamon, herbs and a subtle salty note, giving it a lively, easygoing character. Bright enough for cocktails and polished enough to sip neat, it’s a great place to start exploring small-production Cognac.
