Domaine Moreau-Naudet makes this 100% Chardonnay from three parcels of vines more than 60 years old in Les Pargues, a vineyard tucked between the Premier Cru sites of Vaillons and Montmains. Ripe pear, citrus and delicate florals meet Chablis’ signature chalky minerality and a subtle touch of oak. Vibrant and beautifully textured, with a long, salty finish, this is a delicious expression of old-vine Chardonnay from one of Burgundy’s coolest corners.
