Elios was started by 2 good friends and natives of Sicily with the goal of producing wine from only native Sicilian grapes with as little intervention as possible. This wine is made from 100% Grillo grown at 250 meters above sea level on calcarious clay. This is volcano wine through and through, savory, salty with lots of orchard fruit.
