We were recently introduced to Domaine Delaunay, and they've quickly become one of our favorite producers of Muscadet. Founded in 1962, they farm their 30 hectares of vineyards organically, producing wine of clarity and precision. This wine comes from a 4 hectare plot in the commune of Le Loroux-Bottereau. It spends 12 months in underground, glass lined tanks on the lees before bottling. Freshness and precision, but plenty of ripe orchard and citrus fruit to fill out the palate.
