Started in 1998 when Fabio Marchionni took over his family's estate after studying agriculture in University, working as a winemaker in Germany and also in restaurants and wine bars. His thesis in University was all about Verdicchio di Matelica, the wine he is known for to this day. He has 15 hectares that he farms organically. This bottling is made with declassified fruit that he used to sell in bulk, but decided it was too good to continue doing that, so he bottles it on his own now! Bright flowers, citrus and a touch of pine.
