Apollo's Praise is an exciting new project from a couple of old friends. Started when Kelby Russell and Julia Hoyle purchased the Lahoma Vineyard on the southwest side of Seneca Lake, Apollo's Praise has quickly become a favorite. Their rosé is made from Cabernet Franc from Nutt Road vineyard, just across the road from Anthony Road. The wine spends 72 hours on the skins, giving it a deeper color and more texture than other, lighter rosés. Strawberry, grapefruit, raspberry, bell pepper and red flowers.
