Apollo's Praise is an exciting new project from a couple of old friends. Started when Kelby Russell and Julia Hoyle purchased the Lahoma Vineyard on the southwest side of Seneca Lake, Apollo's Praise has quickly become a favorite. This is their Reserve Cabernet Franc that spends time in very large format oak. With a lovely blend of structure and concentration but also lightness, this is a special occasion wine at an everyday price.
