Michel Quenard farms 22 hectares hugging the western Alps around the village of Chignin. A surprisingly warm microclimate in a such a snowy place, they are able to grow a variety of grapes including Jacquère, a grape primarily found in the Savoie. Grown here on Limestone, the grapes are fermented spontaneously and aged in stainless steel to maintain freshness and linearity. Salty mineral, white peach and fresh flowers make this a great wine for shellfish or as an aperitif.
